First Appearance: Violet Halo
Height: 7’9” / 236 cm
Race: Nephilim (Thermo)
Bio: The towering half-Nephilim is renowned for… well, being an asshole. Even though his kind live four times as long as the other mortal races, they are covetous of their time, a trait Leroy owns as though his blood were pure. On the surface, he is cold and unapproachable, but to those who know him, his chiding takes on a more encouraging tone, as if challenging those close to him to want his respect. His past is complicated, more intertwined with the drama surrounding Willem Tarrant and the fate of This Earth than he’d ever care to admit.
Powers: Thermo-magic deals with the extremes of temperature, although Leroy heavily favors using the cold for his advantage. He can shape it into weapons, form ice over himself as armor, or coat the floor to make the landlocked slip, often ending an encounter before it even starts. Sculpted proxies usually appear when an enemy gets too close. While powerful due to his Nephilim stature, Leroy is lazy to a fault and has developed next to no skill in hand-to-hand combat. His aspects of heat can focus into piercing arrays as well as warm the environment, but Leroy prefers the cold and takes little pleasure in the comfort of others.

Extra Lore: Leroy is practically blind and uses a subtle aura of cold air to map the world around him. This is why he focuses more on the frigid side of his element rather than the potential devastation that could be reaped from harnessing lasers or fire itself. He also loves music more than he lets on, as doing so might cause someone to try to relate, which is one of the last things he wants to happen. By allowing his second sight to wane with his eyes closed and headphones on, Leroy is uncharacteristically placid.
Quirk: Leroy might be the best player to pick up a guitar of his generation. His mother taught him and hasn’t played a note since the day she died. Recordings of their jam sessions are stored in a playlist on his phone, and he often listens to them.
