Bio: Jodie is the Earthborn Willem was meant to be. Her birth was invoked shortly after it was assumed that his invocation had failed. Since then, she has been raised by the book, literally, to honour her mother, This Earth, and the people who live upon her. Jodie spends much of her time purifying pollution that seeps into the kingdoms of magic from the civilization of man. She is a saintly figure who brings warmth and joy to those who look upon her, although underneath the ceremony and raw power, she is very much a normal young woman.

Powers: Over a lifetime of training and guidance, Jodie’s powers revolve around purification. Her specialties alleviate almost any condition, but Jodie can also square off against the harshest of demons, destroying their nature with the lens through which she filters her violet light. As with all Earthborn, she cannot die unless she loses her will to live, and with such a love for life, this will not happen anytime in the foreseeable future.

Extra Lore: Despite being raised by the rules, Jodie knows she is powerful enough that she can bend them, without breaking any outright. She has friends outside her role who know her as her fun-loving, hard laughing self. Off duty, she learns more about life than the by-the-book version her handlers feed her, which at times makes her roll her eyes and understand her brother’s stance all too well.

Quirk: After learning of Willem’s existence, Jodie immediately recognized him as kin, a brother even, closer than most siblings who share parents. She is fascinated by his life, so divergent from what she knows, and spends a lot of her time interpreting his actions to those in power. She follows him on every social media platform he bothers to have, for insight, and in a way she cannot describe, she relates.
