Bio: On the surface, Grey Simms is an everyday citizen of the small city of Miranda, a place exceptionally, almost intentionally, surrounded by vast plots of farmland. He lives on a prominent estate with his grandparents, orphaned at a very young age by circumstances he considers rarely, and are shrouded in brain fog if ever he tries. As the story begins, he is a moody teenager finishing his second-last year of high school, ready to celebrate the season’s end with a massive party with his closest friends and then some, by far. His friends tolerate his irritability and quick temper, because they know he carries a secret that they are privileged to know, and he is cursed to keep. What is his secret? Grey can fly!

Powers: After Grey reaches the milestone age of eighteen, his powers grow exponentially. His flight speed more than doubles, and he gains a strong authority over gravity itself. With these new powers, he can summon anything in sight to himself, repel it, or pin it to the ground as well as fling it into the sky. The only caveat is that this aspect cannot affect anything that is both organic and alive. Grey carries a passive aura which is not only strong enough to stop bullets, but also send them back in the direction they came. Barring exceptional circumstance, he also cannot be touched by weapons as he can alter their weights, making swings take herculean effort.

Extra Lore: Being so cynical for the sake of keeping his circle as small as possible can be exhausting. Behind closed doors where no one can see him, Grey uses burner accounts to indulge in videos that showcase the best in humanity. From animal rescues to communities uniting to save a child from a well, these pallet cleansers did much in the long run to keep him from becoming the corrupt asshole he mostly pretends to be in order to keep his true self hidden from the world.
